Michael P. Rubinstein, MD, FACS, FAAOS, is a 1982-graduate of The New York Medical College in New York. His postgraduate training includes his orthopedic surgery residency served at Lenox Hill Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital (1982-1987), as well as his fellowship performed at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
